This project showcases both the landscape and interior design of a premium residential complex. The environment is crafted to provide residents with a variety of lifestyle amenities – including a serene pool, a compact but effective gym, an engaging kids’ playroom, and an exclusive cigar & billiard club for adults. Each zone has its own identity, yet they all share a unified language of calm sophistication and functional design.

A brief yet immersive look into the core spaces of the complex – inviting the viewer to step inside and experience the daily rhythm of residential life.

Soft curves, seating islands, and lush greenery combine to form a welcoming outdoor space. It’s designed to feel both secure and open, merging nature with community.

The heart of the complex. Framed by generous ceiling height and sculptural pendant lighting, this space reflects luxury through water, light, and proportion.

Compact but thoughtfully equipped, the gym creates a private zone for wellness with warm materials and daylight-friendly finishes.

Vivid colors, layered textures, and multiple play zones keep children curious and active. A place built for laughter and learning.

An adult retreat – dark, moody, and intimate. Here, residents can watch the game, enjoy a quiet drink, or sharpen their skills over a round of billiards.

This is a distinctly Armenian architectural style. The lighting highlights the building’s architectural volumes and unique features, creating depth and atmosphere true to the Armenian spirit.
