This apartment is located on the 16th floor of a newly built residential complex in Yerevan, LEVEL 16. The design embraces a light-toned minimalism, where clean geometry and soft materials bring comfort without excess. Several walls are covered in wood panels, adding warmth and depth to the space. Travertine slabs appear in selected zones, lending a touch of calm sophistication. The result is a compact but well-composed interior that uses every square meter wisely, creating both visual flow and functional clarity.

Despite its limited size, the layout of the apartment is smart and highly practical. It includes a corridor, an open-plan living room with kitchen, a bedroom with its own closet and bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom. Even the smallest spaces are used efficiently – for example, a hidden laundry is integrated inside the entry wardrobe. Every area serves a purpose while maintaining a clean and cohesive design language.

A wall of wood-paneled storage blends an entry wardrobe and compact laundry, hidden behind clean doors. The unified wood surface adds texture and warmth, while keeping the entrance streamlined and functional.

This U-shaped kitchen in white and wood integrates all necessary appliances and opens into a cozy living area with a Nova sofa bed and a Togo armchair. It’s an inviting spot where cooking, relaxing, and socializing unfold naturally.
